General terms and conditions of the online store

The general terms and conditions of the online store are compiled in accordance with Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot), in accordance with Electronic Commerce Act (ZEPT), with the recommendations of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry and international codes for e-commerce.

In case of payment by proforma invoice, we will send the package as soon as possible after receiving your transfer. The proforma invoice is valid for 3 working days.

Right of withdrawal from the purchase, return of goods

The consumer has the right to notify the company in writing within 15 days to the contact address The consumer must return the goods to the company no later than thirty days after the written notice of withdrawal from the purchase. The costs related to the return of goods are borne by the buyer. Products must be unused and undamaged and in undamaged packaging. A copy of the invoice must be attached. The provider returns the full purchase price no later than thirty days after receiving the notice of withdrawal of the consumer from the purchase.

Delivery time

Orders received by 12:00 noon on a business day are shipped the same day and in most cases are already delivered the next day. When paying by proforma invoice, the order is sent after receiving the transfer.

Shipping cost

The cost of delivery is € 5, with purchases over € 250 delivery is free. In the case of payment in cash upon delivery, Pošta Slovenije will charge you € 1.55.

Product replacement

In case of replacement of the product, the buyer covers the cost of returning the goods and the cost of resending.


The provider uses appropriate technological tools to protect the transfer and storage of personal data, orders and payments.

The right to privacy

The provider undertakes to permanently protect all personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia No. 86/2004) and the Insurance Act. Limitation of Liability

The provider makes every effort to ensure the up-to-dateness and accuracy of the information published on the website. However, the characteristics of the items, the delivery time or the price may change so quickly that the provider is unable to correct the information on the websites. In such a case, the provider will notify the customer of the changes and allow him to withdraw from the contract or replace the ordered item.

The bidder has the option of withdrawing from the contract only if an obvious error is established (Article 46 of the Civil Code). An obvious defect is considered to be a defect in the essential characteristics of the item and all errors that are considered decisive according to the customs of the store or the intention of the customers and which the bidder would not confirm or conclude the contract in case of knowledge. This also includes obvious price errors.

Complaints and disputes

The provider complies with applicable consumer protection legislation.
